Job Specification

We are looking for a diverse team of confident and passionate Beauty Consultants who can deliver a luxury beauty experience to our customers.

The successful candidate for the Beauty Consultant will have a great opportunity of working with luxury brands of perfumes and fragrances. You will be working with a dynamic Beauty Team whose common goal is to deliver excellent customer service and drive the sales of the store.

As a Beauty Consultant, you will be required to deliver excellent customer service through identifying customer needs, demonstrating good brand knowledge, seeking opportunity to increase sales and close the sale. You would need to maintain customer database cards and cultivate loyal customers by providing complimentary beauty consultations, make‑overs and professional advice on cosmetics and skincare treatments.

Working in a dynamic environment, our Beauty Consultants should provide professional till‑point service and handle customer queries and complaints in a professional manner. You are expected to adhere to and comply with company standards on grooming and hygiene.

Personal Specification

The successful candidate for Beauty Consultant should have at least 1 year experience in retail, preferably in Beauty. You should be confident with excellent English communication skills, possess a pleasing personality and be immaculately groomed to reflect the brand image of luxury and prestige.
