Who You Are

You're not just a manager you're a leader in beauty, wellness, and people. You understand both the art and science of self-care. Whether you come from a spa, salon, or holistic background, you bring creativity, commercial sense, and client focus to everything you do.

You may be a:

• Spa Manager or Director
• Salon Manager or Beauty Operations Lead
• Wellness & Lifestyle Manager
• Senior Guest Experience or Front of House Lead

You have:

• Proven leadership in luxury spa, salon, or wellness environments
• Experience overseeing multi-disciplinary teams (reception, hair, beauty, spa, aesthetics, fitness)
• Deep knowledge of guest experience, industry trends, and brand storytelling
• Commercial acumen: KPIs, revenue targets, and performance coaching
• Passion for people from clients to creative collaborators
