We are seeking a skilled Building Supervisor to work with procedures as well as supervise employees at construction websites. 1. Proven experience as building foreman, minimum 5 years.
2. Extensive understanding of building procedures, tools and OSH standards.
3. Understanding of electrical and hydraulic systems.
4. Capability to read drawings, plans and blueprints.
5. Exceptional organizational and leadership abilities.
6. Capacity to communicate and report effectively.
7. Mathematical skills.
8. Problem-solving abilities.
9. Great physical condition and stamina.
10. High school diploma or diploma in a skilled profession (electrician, carpenter, etc.).
11. Must have a minimum of 5 years UAE experience in construction company and a UAE driving license.

Job Type: Permanent.

Salary: AED 3,000.00 - AED 3,500.00 per month.

Ability to commute/relocate: Dubai: Accurately commute or planning to relocate before starting job (Required).

Experience: Civil Supervisor: 3 years (Required).

Language: Arabic (Required).

License/Certification: UAE driving License (Required).
