We're Hiring: IT Support Engineer (UAE)
Are you passionate about technology and delivering outstanding user support? We’re looking for a proactive and service-oriented IT Support Engineer to join a dynamic IT team based in the United Arab Emirates.
In this role, you will:
Serve as the first point of contact for technical issues
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network problems
Manage service requests and user accounts
Maintain and update the internal knowledge base
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and support tools like Jira, Microsoft 365, VPNs, and remote desktop platforms
What we’re looking for:
A degree in IT or a related field
Minimum 4 years of experience in technical support or service desk roles
Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or ITIL are a strong plus
Strong problem-solving skills and a user-focused approach
Location: United Arab Emirates
