We are seeking an experienced Senior Master Planner with 10-15 years of professional expertise to join our team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in urban planning, grading design, infrastructure coordination, and client-facing leadership. This role requires a balance of technical design skills, presentation excellence, and stakeholder management to deliver high-quality master planning projects.

• Lead the preparation, development, and delivery of large-scale master plans across various sectors.
• Coordinate grading, infrastructure, and utilities with multidisciplinary design teams.
• Manage and facilitate client meetings, presentations, and design workshops, ensuring project objectives are met.
• Liaise effectively with authorities, consultants, and stakeholders to secure approvals and align with regulatory requirements.
• Provide design-oriented solutions, ensuring creativity and functionality in master plan layouts.
• Guide and mentor junior planners and support staff on technical and design tasks.
• Oversee project documentation and ensure compliance with international and local planning standards.

• 10-15 years of professional experience in master planning, preferably within the UAE or GCC region.
• Strong proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD; additional knowledge of planning/design software is an advantage.
• Proven experience in grading design and infrastructure coordination.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and client-facing skills.
• Strong understanding of local planning authority requirements and approval processes.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Urban Planning, Architecture, or related discipline.
