1. Assist in the preparation of financial statements, reports, and budgets.
2. Maintain and update accounting records and files.
3. Perform accounts payable and receivable functions.
4. Reconcile bank statements and other financial discrepancies.
5. Support month-end and year-end close processes.
6. Assist in the preparation of tax returns and compliance documents.
7. Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial reporting.
8. Provide support during audits by preparing necessary documentation.

1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
2. Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage) and Microsoft Excel.
3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
4. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
5. Good organizational and time management abilities.
6. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
8. Knowledge of GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles) is a plus.
