Job Title: Sales Manager - PMS & AIF

Work Type: Full-time

Function: Sales and Business Development

Team: Asset Management – PMS Sales

Summary: We are looking for dynamic PMS & AIF Sales professionals to drive the client acquisition, distribution and adoption of CREST’s PMS and AIF funds. The role involves acquiring UHNIs, HNIs, and Family Offices for CREST funds, expanding our network of distributors and wealth managers, and increasing product visibility through strategic engagement and training. The ideal candidate has deep expertise in PMS & AIF sales, excellent relationship-building skills, and thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Role Overview: As a PMS & AIF Sales Manager at CREST Capital, you will be responsible for acquiring clients, driving the distribution, and market penetration of our Portfolio Management Service (PMS) and Alternate Investment Fund (AIF) across assigned geographies. The role demands a high-agency, client-first individual with a deep understanding of investment products, and a proven ability to grow direct and channel partnerships and drive product adoption in a competitive market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive sales and market share of CREST’s PMS and AIF products across assigned channels and geographies.
  • Conduct targeted outreach and relationship-building initiatives to enhance CREST’s visibility and mindshare.
  • Attract B2C HNI and UHNI clients to invest in CREST PMS and AIF and foster B2B partnerships.
  • Build, nurture, and expand distributor and wealth manager networks (IFAs, RIAs, MFDs, CAs, Merchant Banks, Legal firms).
  • Deliver product presentations, training sessions, and investment knowledge workshops for both internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Collaborate with product, marketing, and investment teams to generate relevant content and sales enablers.
  • Innovate and experiment with new approaches to improve PMS penetration and investor engagement.
Preferred Candidate Profile
  • 2-4 years of experience in a PMS, AIF, AMC, leading bank, premier wealth management, mutual funds, or financial services sales.
  • Proven track record of driving PMS or MF sales directly, through distributor, and advisory channels.
  • An ideal candidate will have an existing book of clients they can engage on behalf of CREST.
  • Strong understanding of investment products, capital markets, taxation, and wealth structures.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated with a high-growth mindset and the ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial setup.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
  • Preference will be given to candidates with relevant NISM Series certifications, prior B2C and B2B sales experience, experience in Ultra HNI client engagement, and Sales experience in PMS, or AIF products.

Skills
