SENIOR SALES MANAGER – GLASS MANUFACTURING

AED 25,000 to AED 30,000 + Family Status & Education allowances

  • Plan and manage personal business portfolio/territory/business according to an agreed market development strategy.
  • Manage product/service mix, pricing and margins according to agreed aims.
  • Reach given sales target monthly basis.
  • Report Activities progress to superior on daily and weekly basis.
  • Maintain and develop existing and new customers through appropriate propositions and ethical sales methods, and relevant internal liaison, to optimize quality of service, business growth, and customer and satisfaction.
  • Use customer and prospect contact activities tools and systems, and update relevant information held in these systems.
  • Plan and support local marketing activities to agreed budgets and timescales, and integrate personal sales efforts with other organized marketing activities.
  • Respond to and follow up on export sales enquiries using appropriate methods.
  • Monitor and report on market and competitor activities and provide relevant reports and information.
  • Record, analyze, report and administer according to systems and requirements.
  • Communicate, liaise, and negotiate internally and externally using appropriate methods to facilitate the development of profitable business and sustainable relationships.
  • Attend and present at external customer meetings and internal meetings with other company functions necessary to perform duties and aid business development
  • Attend training and to develop relevant knowledge, techniques and skills.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in BA or engineering (Civil /Architectural, Material) Preferred
  • Master’s in business or Planning preferred
  • 7- 9 years of Related work experience preferably in glass or Aluminum industry
  • Comfortable with public speaking to an audience of 20 or more people
  • Comfortable in wide range of settings (designer’s office, construction site, manufacturing plant.
  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee will frequently require lifting and carry samples hence the ability to lift and carry 25kg is a must.
  • Ability to achieve the sales target plan
  • Familiarity with technologies and methodologies in graphic design, web design, production, etc
  • Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies.
  • Strong business sense, service, and industry expertise
