We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Assistant Accountant & Auditor to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will support daily accounting operations, assist in audit activities, and ensure the accuracy and compliance of financial records.

• Assist in day-to-day accounting tasks including AP/AR, ledger entries, and bank reconciliations.
• Support the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Conduct internal audit checks and verify the accuracy of financial documentation.
• Assist in preparing audit schedules and supporting documents for external audits.
• Maintain proper filing and organization of financial records and documentation.
• Prepare VAT filings and ensure compliance with UAE tax regulations.
• Monitor expenses, petty cash, and other financial transactions.
• Coordinate with internal departments to gather financial information when required.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in accounting or audit roles (UAE experience is an advantage).
• Strong knowledge of basic accounting principles and financial procedures.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, or similar).
• Good understanding of UAE VAT laws and general accounting standards.
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Good communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
