Job description

To provide efficient service to the guests & maintains the overall efficiency of standards set.

Key Responsibilities

• Install repair and maintain pipes valves fittings drainage systems and fixtures in commercial and residential structures.
• Respond diagnose and resolve plumbing issues.
• Perform routine inspections of plumbing and drainage systems.
• Light construction carpentry painting plastering flooring ceiling and electrical work as required.
• Test troubleshoot and perform basic repairs on all types of equipment.
  • Maintain maintenance inventory and requisition parts and supplies as needed

Qualifications

• Relevant experience as aPlumber or similar is an asset
• Diploma/Certificatein Plumbing or similar
• Highly responsible & reliable
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal required
