• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a learning and development role, preferably in the hospitality or luxury service industry.
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and effective training methodologies.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and facilitation skills.
• Proficient in designing training materials and learning resources.
• Ability to analyze training needs and develop appropriate learning solutions.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
