This role is responsible for encompassing the performance of aftermarket services and support for the installed base as well as High Voltage Products (GIS LTB AIS GCB & Power Quality) maintenance services to our utility contractor for UAE and would involve performing preventive maintenance upgrades troubleshooting and warranty repairs on High Voltage Products as well as performing commissioning activities. It also involves the development and implementation of proactive services responsive to customer requirements. The position also includes coordination of investigations of customer-reported issues and assistance to achieve equitable solutions for our customers.
