Job summary
A leading construction firm in Dubai is seeking an experienced Lab Technician to manage daily operations in the Precast and Ready-mix Concrete sector. The ideal candidate will possess strong skills in production management and quality control with a proven ability to lead teams. Responsibilities include supervising production, ensuring adherence to safety regulations, and preparing detailed reports on quality and inventory management.
Qualifications
- Expertise in production management and quality control.
- Team leadership experience in Precast / Ready-mix Concrete industry.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate production of Precast and Ready-mix Concrete.
- Monitor workflow and resolve production issues.
- Maintain inventory and coordinate with suppliers.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Prepare production and quality control reports.
- Knowledge of DCL and DM requirements.
- Familiarity with Concrete Mix Designs.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in production management quality control and team leadership in Precast /Ready-mix Concrete industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate the production of Precast Concrete products and Ready-mix Concrete to ensure quality and efficiency.
Monitor workflow resolve production issues and optimize processes to improve productivity.
Maintain inventory of raw materials and coordinate with suppliers.
Ensure adherence to health safety and environmental regulations.
Prepare and submit production and quality control reports.
Complete knowledge of DCL and DM requirements related to production documentation and audit.
Knowledge of Concrete Mix Designs and quality management.
