A leading local employer in the Middle East is seeking a Director of Organisation Development & Talent who is an Arabic speaker. In this role, you will drive organisational change and implement employee engagement initiatives, ensuring the company achieves its long-term goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR and proven leadership experience, preferably with a degree in HR or related fields.

Our client is a leading local employer in the Middle Eastern region. They are currently looking to recruit an Organisational Development and Talent Specialist. In this role you will lead and direct the function, making sure that the processes and structures ensure effective sustainable long term development of the organisation's internal capacity to help the company achieve its goals.
The role will be a catalyst for achieving effective change management, culture development and employee engagement.
You will be an inspiring leader who strives for continuous improvement. Previous experience of planning and delivering organisational and cultural change, and a seasoned people manager with a track record of successful staff engagement is essential. A degree in HR, Organisational Behaviour/Psychology or the CIPD qualification is preferred.
