Job summary
A leading commodity trading company in Dubai is seeking a Junior Contract Administrator to assist in managing contractual obligations and logistics for physical metal trades. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of experience in operations within the base metals industry, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include invoicing, maintaining customer relationships, and ensuring accuracy in operations. A Bachelor's degree and fluency in English are required.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience in operations in the base metals industry.
- Must be able to read, write and speak English fluently.
- Experience in a fast-paced working environment is required.
Responsibilities
- Book invoices for deliveries and ensure accurate recording in the system.
- Check and prepare freight/storage/inspection invoices for payment.
- Maintain high-quality customer service relationships across the supply chain.
