Candidates must have a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing and at least 3 years of ER experience in a hospital. Basic Arabic skills and computer proficiency are essential. Qualifications

  • At least 3 years current/recent ER experience in a hospital setting.
  • UAE experience would be beneficial.

Responsibilities

  • Create a conducive environment for positive patient experiences.
  • Supervise, mentor, and coach learners and nursing employees.

Skills

Basic Arabic language skills
Comprehensive knowledge of patient safety standards
Computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office applications
Verbal and written communication skills in English
