Core Responsibilities & Duties

• Assessment & Planning:Evaluate patients' mental, emotional, and physical needs, developing personalized, recovery-focused care plans.
• Therapeutic Care:Administer medications, monitor their effects, and provide one-on-one or group therapy sessions.
• Support & Education:Build trusting relationships, teach coping strategies, and educate patients and families about mental health conditions and stigma????
• Risk Management:Conduct risk assessments for self-harm or harm to others and implement crisis intervention.
• Collaboration:Work with psychiatrists, psychologists, social workers, and other professionals in a team setting.
• Documentation:Maintain accurate patient records and monitor progress.
