An exciting opportunity is available for experienced and compassionate NICU Nurses to join a leading international hospital in Dubai. We are looking for Western-trained nursing professionals who are passionate about delivering exceptional care to critically ill and premature newborns in a highly advanced and supportive environment.

As a NICU Nurse, you will be part of a multidisciplinary team providing specialized care to neonates requiring intensive medical attention. This role offers the chance to work in a globally accredited facility equipped with the latest neonatal care technologies and standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver expert nursing care to premature and critically ill neonates in a Level III/IV NICU setting.
  • Monitor vital signs, manage ventilators, administer medications, and perform life-saving interventions as needed.
  • Collaborate with neonatologists, respiratory therapists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans.
  • Provide emotional support and education to families during a highly sensitive and stressful time.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient documentation using electronic medical records.
