Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing from an accredited school.
  • Active Basic Life Support certification is required.
  • Critical care qualification is necessary for the role.
  • Must have hemodialysis experience (adult & pediatric).
  • 2 to 6 years working experience as Hemodialysis RN.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and adjust specialized equipment for dialysis patients.
  • Clean and dress permanent and temporary catheters.
  • Provide pre and post procedure care to patients.
  • Conduct assessments and recommend necessary treatment changes.
  • Facilitate communication between patients and the medical team.
