Job Title: Plant Manager LPG Storage and Distribution

Experience: 2-5 years in LPG storage/distribution and managerial role. UAE/GCC experience preferred.
Requirements: Bachelor s degree in Chemical/Mechanical Engineering or related field.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee LPG storage, handling, and distribution, ensuring compliance with UAE regulations (Civil Defense, DM, ESMA) and international standards (NFPA, OSHA).
• Monitor daily operations, including loading/unloading, cylinder filling, and bulk storage.

• Implement safety protocols, conduct audits, and ensure adherence to environmental and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain permits and licenses.

• Lead and train staff, including operators, technicians, and drivers.
• Promote a safety-first culture and ensure efficient team performance.

• Manage LPG inventory and optimize supply chain logistics.
• Coordinate with suppliers, transporters, and customers for timely deliveries.

• Ensure regular maintenance of storage tanks, pipelines, and equipment.
• Implement preventive maintenance programs.

• Address customer inquiries and complaints promptly.
• Build strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.

• Prepare operational, safety, and inventory reports.
• Maintain accurate records for compliance and audits.

• Manage the unit s budget and identify cost-saving opportunities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor s degree in Chemical/Mechanical Engineering or related field.

• 2-5 years in LPG storage/distribution and managerial role. UAE/GCC experience preferred.

• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of UAE regulations and international safety standards.

• Safety certifications (e.g., NEBOSH, OSHA) are a plus.
• Valid UAE driving license preferred.

• Proficiency in inventory management software, ERP systems, and MS Office.
