- Operate and maintain various machines used in the production process
- Monitor machines for any malfunctions or defects and troubleshoot issues as needed
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of machines to ensure optimal performance
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents or injuries
- Inspect finished products for quality assurance before packaging and shipping
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Machine Operator in a manufacturing setting
- Familiarity with operating different types of machinery such as presses, drills, lathes, etc.
- Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and instructions
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Physically fit with the ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
