Position Summary

The Account Executive is directly responsible for boosting profitable revenue growth for the company by building relations with Salesforce Account Executives, and getting introduced to Leads. He or she will create new Salesforce Account Executives and Customer relationships with the goal of obtaining new Requests for Quotations (RFQ’s) and orders that result in new business, while consistently working to support and expand business relationships with Salesforce Account Executives and existing Customers. Solid ability to build relations with Salesforce Account Executives and C-level business executives in the region is required.

The Account Executive reports to the Chief Executive Officer, Europe, located in Copenhagen, Denmark.

Responsibilities and Duties
  • Build and develop relationships with Salesforce Account Executives to form an attractive proposal for Salesforce implementation services to the market.
  • Nurture close business relationships with prospective customers to generate new business. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
  • Participate with the senior management team on developing and executing on the strategic plan for Sales. Help to develop a clear strategy on how to effectively grow sales, by market segments and by building relations with Salesforce Account Executives, for the company.
  • Develop and maintain a “pipeline” to build and track sales leads and ensure they are followed up on effectively and in a timely manner.
  • Proven experience of achieving successful results in B2B sales
  • Confirmed background of building and leading relationships with C-level Business Executives in the region
  • Ensure tracking of activities in the company CRM in a timely and effective manner.
  • Track and ensure company commitments to customers in respect to timelines and quality of deliveries
  • Provide the leadership and direction necessary to sustain the company’s growth on Middle-East and African markets.
Qualifications and Skills
  • College degree (BA, B Sc), MBA preferred.
  • 5 or more years of successful sales experience in B2B selling preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent presentation skills and experience, comfortable using and presenting in PowerPoint to senior management of companies.
  • Comfortable with using Salesforce, deep understanding of the sales funnel and metrics for tracking sales performance.
  • Must be an outgoing individual who is comfortable meeting new people, putting people at ease and inspiring trust.
  • Fluent English and Arabic is a must
  • Valid Driver’s License. Must be willing and able to travel to various client locations. Travel, for this position, can be as high as 25 – 50% to facilitate the effective fostering of client relationships for each key account assigned.
