Job summary

A Dubai-based design and build firm is seeking a Business Development Manager to identify and pursue new business opportunities in the interior fit-out and joinery sector. The ideal candidate should have 5-8 years of relevant experience, preferably in the UAE, speak English and Arabic, and hold a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. Responsibilities include managing client relations, developing sales plans, and analyzing market trends. This full-time role offers a salary of up to 30K AED depending on experience and qualifications, along with commissions.

Qualifications

  • Open to bilingual speakers, preferably in English and Arabic languages.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Engineering, Interior Design, Landscape Architecture, or any relevant field.
  • At least 5–8 years relevant experience in the interior fit‑out/joinery/turnkey renovation industry.

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase market share.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients and industry partners.
  • Develop and execute sales plans to achieve monthly and annual targets.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities.
  • Manage a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring their needs are met.
  • Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts.
  • Track sales activities and outcomes to identify areas for improvement.

  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients and industry partners.
  • Develop and execute sales plans to achieve monthly and annual targets.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
  • Manage a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring their needs are met and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses.
  • Track sales activities and outcomes to identify areas for improvement and growth.
Qualifications
