Business Development Manager – UAE / KSA

The Opportunity

We are seeking Business Development Managers in both the UAE and KSA to drive this next phase of commercial expansion.

Reporting directly to the Regional CEO and senior sales leadership, this role offers unrivalled exposure to decision-makers and the chance to play a pivotal part in building a multimodal sales function. You will be empowered to consult, create tailored client solutions, and bring transferable accounts to a platform that rewards high performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive new business growth across Air, Sea, and Road freight services.
  • Develop and secure long-term, profitable client accounts.
  • Act as the consultative link between sales and operations, ensuring service delivery matches client needs.
  • Leverage existing industry contacts to generate immediate GP impact.
  • Deliver consistent monthly GP in line with agreed targets.
  • Negotiate and manage client credit terms effectively – ≥80% of accounts must be on ≤60-day terms.
  • Track and report key performance metrics (GP by mode, % margin per shipment, client credit breakdown).
Ideal Candidate Profile
  • Proven track record in freight forwarding / logistics sales within UAE or KSA.
  • Experience across multiple modes, with emphasis on Air and Sea freight alongside Road.
  • Strong personal network of transferable accounts.
  • Commercial discipline in managing credit terms and profitability.
  • Consultative and solutions-driven, able to bridge sales and operations.
  • Entrepreneurial, resilient, and motivated by growth opportunities outside of traditional corporate settings.
  • Multilingual candidates and those with an operational background will be at an advantage.
  • Open to all nationalities and both male/female applicants.
Compensation & Rewards
  • Base Salary: AED / SAR 12,000 – 15,000 per month (up to AED / SAR 30,000 for candidates with strong transferable accounts and short credit terms).
  • Commission Structure:
    • Target = 3× cost-to-company (base × 1.35).
    • Commission tiers on GP above target:
      • 3–5% above = 10%
      • 5–10% above = 12%
      • 10% above = 15%

This ensures that high performers are rewarded in line with their impact.
