Job Title: HVAC Mechanical Design Engineer

• Knowledge of local UAE authority codes and regulations.
• Proficiency in HVAC designing software such as HAP, ducting design, piping design, AutoCAD, MS Office.
• Basic AutoCAD drafting skills.
• Experience with HVAC and Plumbing calculations (water supply, drainage, stormwater, pump flow & head, ESP).
• Knowledge of various AC systems (Air-cooled Chillers, Water Cooled Chillers, District Cooling, DX, VRF, Package).
• Basic designing of other Mechanical services (firefighting and gas).
• Good writing and communication skills.

• B.Tech or B.E. degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Experience with plans, designs, prints, specifications, and schematics.
• Minimum 5 years UAE experience in MEP Design field.
• Experience in commercial buildings (Supermarkets, Malls, etc.) preferred.
• Knowledge of construction procedures and practices.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, MS Office.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
