A leading engineering services provider in the United Arab Emirates is seeking a skilled technician to perform service activities and troubleshoot product issues. The ideal candidate has a degree in Electrical Engineering, can work both independently and as part of a team, and is willing to travel globally. This role includes providing 24/7 emergency services and ensuring compliance with safety and company standards.
Qualifications
- Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field with practical experience.
- Experience in servicing, troubleshooting, and installation.
- Willingness to travel globally.
- Ability to work independently and in teams.
- Computer literacy for effective task completion.
Responsabilités
- Perform service activities per company policies.
- Investigate and troubleshoot service issues.
- Assist senior technicians and managers.
- Provide 24/7 on-call emergency services.
- Complete paperwork timely and accurately.
- Compile ad-hoc project reports.
- Maintain project documentation and reports.
- Conduct equipment inspections and evaluations.
- Promote safety and investigate incidents.
- Communicate project status to management.
- Track company assets on site.
