A technology company in Dubai is looking for a Technical Support Specialist to provide post-launch support for the Oracle project. The role involves troubleshooting, user training, and creating operational documentation. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of experience in technical support, with knowledge in Java applications, Linux commands, and cloud services like AWS or Azure. A strong customer service orientation is essential for success in this position.

- Monitor system performance and assist with version upgrades and data migrations.
- Bachelor's degree or above, with 2+ years of technical support or operations experience. Familiar with Java applications and databases.
- Proficient in Linux commands, capable of independent log analysis and performance monitoring (e.g., using Prometheus).
- Knowledge of basic operations. Experience with cloud services (AWS/Azure) support is a plus.
- Responsible with strong customer service orientation and ability to work under pressure.
