As a professional in your role, your responsibilities and essential job functions will include but are not limited to:

• Greet and seat guests with a warm and professional demeanour.
• Present menus, provide recommendations, and take accurate food and beverage orders.
• Deliver food and beverages promptly while ensuring high service standards.
• Set up and clear tables efficiently, maintaining cleanliness and elegance.
• Maintain product knowledge of all menu items, daily specials, and promotions.
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service flow.
• Ensure adherence to hygiene, safety, and quality standards.
• Assist with setting up dining areas for events, functions, or special occasions.
• Support the team in handling guest feedback with a proactive and solution-oriented attitude.
• Uphold the brand’s luxury service values at all times.

Ideally, you should possess some or all the following qualifications and experience:

• Previous experience in a similar F&B or customer-facing role (luxury hotel experience preferred).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for hospitality and high attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a team and follow instructions.
• Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
• Positive attitude, well-groomed appearance, and professional conduct.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
