Data is part of our DNA, our phylosophy is data, driven solutions. Currently we are searching a Data Scientist, specialized in Travel Sector for our headoffices in Dubai (United Arab Emirates).

Salary range for this role: AED 160,000 - 180,000 AED per annum.

• Support the Pricing and Distribution area to optimize the revenue and product segmentation, to stay as competitive (and reachable) as possible in a multi-connected environment.
• Responsible for analyzing commercial data to identify trends, patterns and opportunities for business growth.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business objectives, identify opportunities and implement solutions to optimize commercial operations.
• Strong communicator with strong analytical abilities, capable of translating complex data into actionable insights and effectively communicating high-level business updates as well as granular data analysis.
• Developing growth strategies and providing strategic insights to drive business success.
• Provide the Leadership team with recurring and ad-hoc data analysis and comprehensive reporting, as well as generate momentum, global ownership and overall support to speed up the team’s action plan.
• Support and manage the enhancement of business processes and proactively identify opportunities to increase customer success.
• Provide support to key commercial functions through rigorous and deep analysis that facilitates understanding root causes & actions to be taken. Identify best practices, share and reapply across the organization.
• Follow up on the opportunities and tasks generated by or towards the commercial teams.
• Develop presentations with conceptual and/or quantitative analysis that facilitate top management decision making.

• Strong Analytical, numerical, communication and presentation skills to be able to interpret, summarize and present complex data sets from multiple sources in a simple and comprehensive way.
• Effectively manage communication at senior level.
• Be able to report KPIs and performance metrics in a structured manner as well as develop analytical models to facilitate decision making.
• Detail oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
• Experience working in a fast-paced dynamic environment with challenging deadlines and competing priorities.
• Methodical and organized mindset with the ability to think critically and develop innovative solutions to business challenges.
• Visual/Analytical aid tools (Tableau, Looker Studio, Excel and PowerPoint knowledge).
• Database management skills through the use of programming languages (SQL/Python).
• Proactive and autonomous approach to working with critical thinking, collaboration & creativity.
• Languages: English (Spanish as a enabler).
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, economics, data analytics or a related field.
