Job Summary:
Our client is seeking an experienced Project Manager to manage clients accounts and oversee projects from concept to delivery. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in production manufacturing events or exhibitions and excellent project management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage client accounts including taking initial briefs estimating quoting and presenting prototypes
- Pursue new business opportunities to add value and maximize customer investment
- Brief customer requirements to internal departments and produce timely and accurate reports
- Prepare and present new ideas to clients considering brand awareness and retailer specifications
- Contribute to design development and pre-production meetings
- Prepare project plans assign requirements and review BOQ production process and cutting lists
- Liaise with internal departments to ensure projects run on time and are produced cost-effectively
- Ensure all work meets client expectations is on budget and delivered timely and accurately
- Expedite operations to meet unforeseen conditions
Requirements:
- Production/manufacturing/events/exhibitions background
- 5-7 years of experience in project management in the UAE
- Multiple accounts/projects management experience with client-facing skills
- Strong project management understanding from brief to execution and handover
- Estimations costing cost planning and control expertise
- Knowledge of high-end finishing permanent duty-free fit-out elements and fixtures
- Experience with installations on-site supervision and planning processes
- Understanding of technical and production drawings (CAD knowledge is a plus)
- Client-facing negotiations and contract process understanding
