Reports To: Managing Director

Position Objective
  • Ensure the highest standards of quality reliability and customer satisfaction for instrumentation products and processes through effective quality assurance and quality control measures.

  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives identify and resolve quality issues and cultivate a culture of quality excellence within the organization.

Requirements
  • Bachelors degree in Instrumentation Engineering or a related field (Masters degree or relevant certifications such as Certified Instrumentation Professional preferredp>

  • 35 years of experience in instrumentation engineering ideally within a production or manufacturing environment.

  • Strong ability to manage multiple projects prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

  • Exceptional attention to detail accuracy in inspections data analysis and documentation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop implement and maintain quality assurance procedures and systems for instrumentation products and processes ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

  • Perform inspections testing and evaluation of instrumentation components subassemblies and finished products to verify conformance to specifications and customer requirements.

  • Investigate non-conformances defects and quality issues using structured root cause analysis methods.

  • Collaborate with suppliers to establish quality requirements conduct supplier audits and evaluate supplier performance to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality materials and components.

  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of QA/QC activities including test results inspection findings and corrective actions.

  • Prepare quality reports documentation and performance metrics for management review.
