We are looking for a highly skilled *Senior Designer* with strong experience in *sheet metal design, vehicle modification, and reverse engineering*. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on expertise in creating detailed 2D/3D designs, developing fabrication‑ready drawings, and leading design processes from concept to production. You will be working closely with our engineering and production teams to deliver high‑quality and practical design solutions.
- Develop accurate *2D drawings and 3D models* for sheet metal components, assemblies, and full vehicle modification projects.
- Lead design activities from concept development to final release for manufacturing.
- Conduct feasibility studies, material selection, surface modeling, and structural evaluations.
- Create fabrication‑ready drawings with proper GD&T, tolerances, and BOMs.
- Work with the production team to resolve design challenges and ensure manufacturability.
- Perform *reverse engineering* using 3D scanning tools and point‑cloud processing software.
- Collaborate with internal teams on project planning, timelines, and quality standards.
- Review, approve, and guide junior designers, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Maintain design documentation, revision control, and project tracking.
Skills

- Strong understanding of fabrication processes such as bending, welding, laser cutting, machining, and assembly.
- Experience working with commercial vehicles, off‑road vehicles, or custom modifications is highly preferred.
- Ability to convert physical parts into accurate 3D CAD data using reverse engineering tools.
- Good knowledge of engineering principles, material behavior, and design standards.
