Job summary

A well-established FMCG food manufacturing business in Dubai seeks a Quality Assurance Manager to lead all aspects of quality assurance and food safety systems. This role is responsible for compliance with regulatory standards, continuous improvement initiatives, and mentoring the QA team. The ideal candidate has a relevant Bachelor’s degree and 7–10 years of experience in QA/QC, with a strong knowledge of HACCP and ISO standards.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of experience in QA/QC within FMCG or high-risk food manufacturing.
• 3–5 years of leadership experience in a QA Manager role.
• Strong knowledge of HACCP, GMP, GHP, and ISO/FSSC 22000.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Quality Management System (QMS) and Food Safety Management Systems (HACCP, ISO, FSSC).
• Ensure compliance with UAE regulatory requirements and international standards.
• Develop, implement, and update quality policies, SOPs, and documentation.
