Résumé du poste
An automotive service provider in Dubai is seeking an experienced Automotive Foreman to oversee workshop operations. The role requires managing a team of technicians, diagnosing complex vehicle issues, and ensuring quality repairs and timely service delivery. Ideal candidates will have at least 5 years in automotive repair, strong leadership qualities, and good customer service skills. Experience with diagnostic tools and service management software is essential, along with a valid UAE driving license.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years in automotive repair, with 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Ability to lead, mentor, and motivate a team.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in using diagnostic tools.
Responsabilités
- Oversee workflow in the service center for efficient operations.
- Supervise technicians and conduct daily briefings.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex vehicle issues.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve complaints.
- Provide training and evaluate technician performance.
