• Preventative Maintenance: Performing regular maintenance checks, cleaning, and calibration of laser equipment to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
• Troubleshooting and Repairs: Diagnosing and repairing technical issues with laser equipment, including electrical, mechanical, and software malfunctions.
• Technical Support: Providing technical guidance and support to laser technicians and clients on equipment operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Documentation: Maintaining detailed records of maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting activities.
• Safety Compliance: Ensuring all work is performed in accordance with safety regulations and protocols for laser equipment operation and maintenance.
• Training: May be involved in training technicians on equipment operation and basic maintenance procedures.
