Job summary

A leading vacation rental company in Dubai is seeking an experienced maintenance technician with strong skills in plumbing and HVAC systems. Candidates must have at least 2 years of UAE experience and a valid UAE driving license. The role includes installation, repair, and maintenance of plumbing and HVAC systems, as well as conducting regular inspections and responding to emergency situations. Immediate joiners are preferred, and qualifications must be verified for applicants from Pakistan.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of UAE experience required.
• Must have a valid UAE driving license.
• Ability to perform minor electrical and plumbing repairs.

• Must be in Dubai
• with UAE experience of at least 2 years
• with UAE driving License is a must
• Can join immediately
• Plumbing work - do installation, repair, and maintenance of pipes, fixtures, and other systems used for water distribution and sewage disposal.
• HVAC work - can fix, maintain, and repair ventilation and air conditioning systems and equipment.
• Perform minor fixes such as repairing broken locks, filling gaps in walls, and checking the control panels and electrical wiring to identify issues.
• Repairing broken or water leakage
• Inspect and troubleshoot appliances and equipment and report any issues in the apartment.
• Performing regular inspections.
• Conducting preventative maintenance and identifying when items need to be upgraded or replacing providing full information.
• Respond quickly in the event of an emergency
