• Minimum 3 years of experience in facilities maintenance or a similar technical role.
• Ability to read technical drawings and manuals.
• Experience in educational facility environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections and maintenance of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
• Respond promptly to breakdowns and service requests.
