We are seeking a diligent and proactive Project Assistant to join our dynamic EPC contractor team in Dubai, supporting diverse oil and gas projects. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in facilitating project coordination, documentation, and communication to ensure timely and efficient project execution.

• Assist in the development and maintenance of project documentation, ensuring all records are accurate and up-to-date to facilitate seamless communication among stakeholders.
• Coordinate project schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements, optimizing time management for project leaders and team members.
• Facilitate communication between team members and external partners, ensuring all parties are aligned and informed on project objectives.
• Help organize and prepare correspondences, presentations and reports for stakeholders, translating complex data into clear, actionable insights.
• Conduct research and analysis to support project decisions, using data-driven insights to recommend effective strategies.
• Assist in risk management by identifying potential project risks and helping to devise mitigation strategies.
• Maintain project management software and tools, ensuring data integrity and accessibility for all team members.
• Provide administrative support to project managers, allowing them to focus on high-level decision-making and strategy.

• Bachelor's degree in any Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Electrical) or a related field is required to ensure foundational knowledge.
• At least 5 years of experience in a project support role, demonstrating familiarity with project lifecycles and methodologies.
• Able to work under tight deadline and pressure.
• Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for data analysis and presentation preparation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with additional language proficiency preferred for international projects.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical skills to assess project performance and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
