Logistics Coordinator (Pakistanis Only)

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our team in Sharjah, UAE. This position is open only to Pakistani nationals who are fluent in English.

• Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations
• Plan and track the shipment of goods from origin to destination
• Communicate with suppliers, manufacturers, and customers to ensure timely delivery of products
• Maintain accurate records of inventory, orders, and shipments
• Ensure all shipping documents are completed accurately and on time
• Monitor logistics processes and identify areas for improvement
• Resolve any issues or delays in transportation or delivery
• Negotiate rates with carriers and suppliers to obtain the best pricing
• Prepare reports on logistics performance measures

• Must be a Pakistani national with fluency in English (spoken and written)
• Proven experience as a logistics coordinator or similar role
• Knowledge of supply chain management principles
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and logistics software (e.g. SAP)
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships with suppliers, manufacturers, and customers
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
• Valid UAE driver's license is preferred
