Job summary
A leading company based in Dubai is urgently seeking an IP Associate to focus on Commercial Contracts and IP agreements. The role involves supporting senior partners and managing IP transactions while offering competitive benefits including relocation assistance. Candidates must have relevant legal qualifications, strong academic backgrounds, and be fluent in English. Arabic language skills will be advantageous.

Responsibilities
- Support the Partner in developing and growing the IP transactions practice.
- Draft and negotiate various types of IP commercial agreements.
Skills
Education
Western or US-qualified lawyer with international law firm training.
Arabic is advantageous. Must be fluent in English.
Strong academics
Ideally 3 years PQE but will consider other appropriate candidates up to 6 years PQE.
Proven ability to take on responsibility and manage files.
Must be able to work under pressure and manage multiple projects.
Flexibility, positivity, and passion for IP.
