Job description

We are seeking a qualified lawyer (civil or common law jurisdiction) with a minimum of 2 years’ post-qualification experience to join a leading UAE-based group with diverse business interests and a strong in-house legal function team in Dubai. The successful candidate will work on a broad range of commercial and real estate matters, including contract drafting, review, negotiation, and general legal advisory work. This role offers excellent exposure to a diverse business environment and the opportunity to develop within a dynamic corporate group.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial and real estate contracts
• Provide legal support on operational and corporate matters
• Assist with compliance, due diligence, and risk management
• Liaise with external counsel when necessary
• Maintain organized and up-to-date legal documentation

Requirements

• Qualified lawyer (civil or common law jurisdiction accepted)
• Minimum 2 years PQE
• Strong commercial and real estate experience
• Native English speaker
• Currently based in the UAE
• Available to join within 1 month

Salary

AED 18,000 to 25,000 per month, inclusive of fixed allowances.
