Job summary
A leading hospitality brand in Dubai is seeking a Stewarding Supervisor to oversee sanitation, assist in staff training, and ensure compliance with health standards. The ideal candidate will have prior supervisory experience in stewarding, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to maintain cleanliness in kitchens. Qualifications
- Previous Stewarding supervisory experience or role as a stewarding lead.
- Ability to focus attention on Guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and maintain sanitation of kitchen areas.
- Assist in the training of all stewarding duties.
- Conduct daily walkthroughs to observe staffing levels and cleanliness.
