ISB/DAS Field Engineer
Job summary
A leading telecom solutions provider in Dubai is seeking a skilled Field Engineer to manage DAS installations and performance optimization. The role requires a bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering and experience with DAS technologies. You will perform RF testing, install critical infrastructure, and troubleshoot network issues. Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications or related field.
- Experience in DAS installations and RF measurements.
- Proficiency in DAS testing tools like spectrum analyzers.
Responsibilities
- Perform site surveys and RF testing for DAS requirements.
- Install and commission DAS infrastructure including antennas and fiber optics.
- Conduct signal validation and system optimization.

- Conduct signal validation, interference analysis and system optimization.
- Identify and resolve network issues related to DAS performance.
- Work closely with telecom operators, vendors and contractors to ensure seamless integration.
- Maintain technical documentation and provide reports on site work and troubleshooting activities.
- Adhere to safety standards and telecom regulations during field operations.
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications or related field.
- Experience in DAS installations, RF measurements and troubleshooting techniques.
- Proficiency in DAS testing tools (e.g., spectrum analyzers, site master, iBwave).
- Understanding of telecom network architecture, fiber optics and wireless communication protocols.
- Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to work independently in field environments.
- Certifications in DAS technology or RF Engineering (e.g., iBwave Level 1 & 2).
- Experience with DAS deployments in commercial, enterprise or public‑sector projects.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams.
