  • Supervise and guide personnel; set performance standards.
  • Ensure alignment of logistics plans with maintenance and operational requirements.
  • Develop and enforce logistics policies, SOPs, and performance metrics.
Job description

Rishworth is currently looking for a Supply Chain Manager who will be responsible for all logistics functions—including procurement, warehousing, inventory, and distribution—while ensuring operational readiness, accountability, and compliance through strategic planning, coordination, and risk management.

This position is based in Abu Dhabi and requires relocation. Mobility assistance will be provided for successful incumbents. Education sponsorship, medical and insurance will be covered, along with attractive employee benefits.

Job Responsibilities
  • Oversee procurement, vendor management, and warehouse operations to ensure operational readiness.
  • Manage logistics pipeline, inventory control, and just‑in‑time delivery of supplies.
  • Monitor compliance with policies, contracts, and regulatory requirements, including import/export processes.
  • Coordinate lifecycle logistics: acquisition, distribution, internal allocation, recycling, and disposal.
  • Supervise and guide personnel; set performance standards and monitor results.
  • Ensure alignment of logistics plans with maintenance and operational requirements; attend production meetings.
  • Develop and enforce logistics policies, SOPs, and performance metrics, drive cost, accuracy, and productivity targets.
