100% New Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive prospecting, cold calling, networking, direct marketing, and leveraging professional contacts. Effectively pitch and sell the company's services to prospective clients.

• 3-4 years of proven experience with a demonstrable track record in business development within the consulting industry across the GCC region.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients.
• A self-starter with grit and determination to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven startup environment.

The role offers a low base or fixed gross monthly salary of AED 3,000, with an attractive performance-based incentive structure. The incentive model allows the incumbent to earn up to 5 times or more of the fixed monthly salary.
