Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to join our Kanoo Industrial Products (KIP) team in Abu Dhabi. The role is focused on providing full backend support to the sales team while maintaining strong relationships with customers to drive business growth. The ideal candidate will be organized, customer-focused, and experienced in sales coordination and administrative processes, preferably within an industrial environment.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist the sales team with managing schedules, documentation, and follow-ups
• Maintain records such as Enquiry Logbook, Quotations, Orders, Invoices, and Delivery Notes
• Respond to customer queries, share updates, and ensure satisfaction throughout the sales process
• Log and analyse all enquiries (received, quoted, regretted) and support strategic follow-ups with the sales team
• Draft and issue quotations on time, follow up with clients, and negotiate terms aligned with company and customer expectations
• Acknowledge received orders, raise supplier purchase orders, and coordinate with logistics and freight forwarders for timely deliveries
• Ensure timely submission of invoices and actively follow up on pending payments and credit notes
• Coordinate internally with other Kanoo departments to ensure smooth operations and service delivery
• Prepare regular reports including Monthly Sales Reports, Order Status, Stock & Debt Reports, and Business Opportunities
• Monitor ADNOC’s online portal daily for new enquiries and respond promptly
• Use SAP for order processing, tracking, and internal reporting to maintain operational efficiency

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or Commerce.
• Proven experience in sales support, coordination, or back-office sales operations.
• Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong analytical and reporting capabilities.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively across departments and manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
