Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our HVAC & MEP trading division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business, managing client relationships, promoting HVAC and MEP products, and achieving sales targets. This role requires technical product knowledge, strong market awareness, and the ability to develop long-term customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within HVAC and MEP sectors (contractors, consultants, and end-users).
- Promote and sell the company’s product portfolio (HVAC equipment, MEP supplies, valves, ducts, fittings, accessories, etc.).
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business.
- Conduct regular market research to identify new trends, competitors, and pricing strategies.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, technical support, and product demonstrations.
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with clients.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
- Coordinate with internal teams (procurement, logistics, accounts) to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates to management.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
- 2–5 years of proven sales experience in HVAC, MEP, or construction materials trading.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC/MEP products, systems, and applications.
- Existing network with contractors, consultants, and project clients is an advantage.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work under pressure.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Valid Qatar/UAE/GCC driving license (if applicable).
