We are looking for a IT leader with a strong technical foundation and a passion for building digital ecosystems that scale

We’re on the lookout for a Head of Application Development, IT Delivery, Network & Infrastructure who will lead and transform the entire technology landscape at Mulk International- across diverse industries like manufacturing, real estate, and services.

This is a critical leadership position with individual contribution required and who ready to work lean team responsible for overseeing the development, delivery, infrastructure, and security of our IT systems, ensuring innovation, stability, and performance across all entities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end application development lifecycle, including in-house and outsourced platforms
• Manage IT delivery, ensuring on-time, high-quality project implementation
• Oversee IT infrastructure and network architecture, ensuring scalability, security, and efficiency
• Define and execute the IT roadmap aligned with business goals
• Drive continuous improvements in IT performance, uptime, and service levels
• Lead a cross-functional team of developers, engineers, and IT support
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, data security, and governance

What You Bring:

• Over 10+ years of comprehensive experience in IT, spanning both application development and infrastructure, including 6+ years in progressive IT leadership roles
• Proven expertise in application development, infrastructure, and network management
• Strong project management skills with the ability to drive enterprise-level IT initiatives
• A hands-on leader with a strategic mindset and operational excellence
• Ability to work across departments and align IT with business needs
