Job summary
A leading technology firm in the United Arab Emirates is seeking a Client Growth Partner to support existing clients and generate new business in the education sector within the MENA region. The role involves managing sales processes, preparing executive-level presentations, and maintaining strong relationships with educational clients. The position requires exceptional sales skills and a commitment to client satisfaction in a full-time capacity with remote work flexibility.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with education practice team to identify prospects and manage sales cycle.
- Prepare concise and accurate reports and proposals for presentations.
- Achieve sales goals through effective sales processes and negotiations.
- Build relationships with existing clients to ensure account growth.
- Collaborate with Delivery Manager to handle delivery issues.
- Identify service improvements to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Manage contractual and financial aspects of client agreements.
