Role Overview

As the BI Manager at LeveX you'll lead and manage all aspects of business intelligence and data analytics. Your primary mission is to build a robust BI infrastructure, building key reports and driving important analyses, all to enable data‑driven strategic decision‑making across growth, product, marketing and finance. You'll directly impact the company’s growth trajectory through actionable insights and exceptional data storytelling.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement and maintain comprehensive BI dashboards and analytics reports to provide clear and actionable insights.
• Drive continuous improvement in data quality, analytics accuracy and reporting capabilities.
• Develop predictive models and forecasts to enhance decision‑making and strategic planning.
• Identify key business drivers and independently perform analyses to improve the company's performance.
• Lead, develop and scale a high‑performing BI analytics team, establishing best practices and analytical excellence across LeveX.
• Partner closely with Growth, Marketing, Product, Finance and senior leadership to identify key metrics and strategic opportunities.

Qualifications
